Returns
Items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
The following goods are not eligible for return: Patterns, books, magazines, gift cards, software and downloadable products cannot be returned. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
